| Description
| This course will include two parts: Administrative Procedure Act and Administrative Procedural Law.
The administrative Procedure Act will introduce the procedures to be followed by an administrative agency in carrying out an administrative act, including administrative sanctions, administrative contracts, promulgations of the law, determinations of the administrative plans, administrative guidances and deals with the petitions.
As for Administrative Procedural Law, this course will introduce how Administrative proceedings work, the principles behind it, and some practical experiences.
