| “Civil Procedure Law” the first part of this course, is aiming to give participants a general introduction to the Civil Procedure Law, and the introduction contains the following three points: 1. The legislative background of the Civil Procedure Law. 2. The theories of the Civil Procedure Law. 3. The interpretive methods of the Civil Procedure Law. Attending the part is the critical step to understanding the Civil Procedure Law and benefits participants a lot. The second part of this course, is focusing on the details of the Civil Proce-dure Law, especially the following three points: 1. Further elucidation of the Civil Procedure Law. 2. Application of the Civil Procedure Law to the facts. 3. Combination of the Civil Law and the Civil Procedure Law. At the end of the part, participants are supposed to be able to deal with common civil legal problems according to the Civil Procedure Law.
