| To educate students about intellectual property rights litigation issues that may be faced by different technology companies in today's society in order to improve the protection and use of intellectual property rights by companies, thereby enabling technology companies to compete in a globalized marketplace. Understand their own advantages and interests. This course will start with a different legal basis for intellectual property rights, including elements of rights acquisition and application process procedures. By understanding the basic concepts, this knowledge will be applied to litigation practice, including various types of intellectual property law litigation procedures and litigation skills.
