| This course starting from the legal point of view, in a systematic manner to elaborate on the concept of intellectual property law, system, theory, etc., and to analyze the relationship between the different intellectual property rights, so that students understand the various intellectual property rights related international treaties, protection elements,vested rights, protected content, the effectiveness of restrictions, so I authorized infringement judgment and responsibility. Establishment of the students to respect the concept of intellectual property rights, and to avoid infringement of the rights of others, and to protect their own intellectual property rights, to prevent the rights of the victim.
