| This course tries to give students a general introduction to "Criminal Law", including "General Provisions" and "Specific Offenses" through teaching methods of theories and practices. Furthermore, the introduction contains the following four points: 1. Background and theories of Criminal Law. 2. Interpretation of Criminal Law. 3. Application of Criminal Law to the facts. 4. Combination of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law. Attending this course is the critical step to understanding Criminal Law, and it benefits students a lot.
