| Description
| The class will introduce solar energy and relevant issues on Intellectual Property, including the developmental policies of top countries in the field, the current technologies for solar technology and its future tendency, the current industrial status in Taiwan, and relevant Patent and other IP issues on solar technologies. In the end of the class, students are hoped to understand the technical status, industrial status, and the relevant issues on patents and policies for solar energy.
