| The course is designed for meeting such global trend of public art development, as well as for assisting to reach the goals of cultivating national competitiveness. The course is planned to discuss various cultural issues, contemporary art and design perspectives, the basic structures and constructions of public art through real examples, green and environmental issues, and how such applications can be applied to variety of public art establishment combined with the diverse dimensions of art. In addition, art education, community participation, etc, will also be included in the discussion of public art spirit and formation.
