Brief introduction to plants (Growth and development, response to stresses, etc.)
Plant genetics (traditional and molecular aspects)
Plant genome and gene organization and structures
Plant gene expression and regulation
Plant biotechnology: From techniques and platforms to biotechnological applications (e.g. gene transfer, breeding for new plant varieties, plant bioreactors, etc.)
Plant functional genomic study: From techniques and platforms to biotechnological applications (e.g. genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, gene silencing, etc.)
