| Description
| This course focuses on the properties and fabrication techniques of advanced optoelectronic materials, as well as their roles in optical detection and laser-related applications.Covered material categories include optoelectronic semiconductors, liquid crystals, organic polymers and biocompatible materials.Students will gain in-depth understanding of the optoelectronic properties of these materials and explore their practical applications in laser systems, sensors, displays, flexible electronics, and biomedical diagnostic devices. The course also introduces a variety of optical and laser-based characterization techniques, including optical absorption, fluorescence, photoluminescence,Raman spectroscopy,surface-enhanced Raman scattering, and laser-excited optical detection methods.Through application-oriented case studies and hands-on project design, students will develop interdisciplinary practical skills in integrating materials, lasers, and optical systems.
