| Material handling cost occupies high percentage in the total cost of manufacturing industry. Therefore, saving the cost of material handling is an efficient approach to reduce total cost. This course provides the introduction for all sort of automated material handling equipments (e.g. conveyor, robot, and automated guided vehicle), material handling process planning, cost analysis for material handling system, the integration for automated material handling system, and the design and planning for automated storage/retrieval system (AS/RS). The aim of this course is to export the design, applications, and cost analysis of the Automated Material Handling System to audiences.
