| Description
| This course introduces models of decision making and applies the theories of management to solve managerial decision problems. The goal of this course is to improve students' understanding in applying decision tools and analytical techniques to evaluate decision problems faced by managers. Principles of decision making are introduced and applied to business problems. Decision maker's behavioral drawbacks in the decision making process and methods to remedy the drawbacks will also be addressed.
