| This course teaches the students basic skills of management consulting and the criteria for effective communication and negotiation in today's business community. Topics covered by this course are: (1) Scope and purpose of management consulting, (2) Duties and roles of a consultant, (3) Development of a proposal and drafting a contract, (4) Consulting process, (5) Effective communication skills, and (6) the application of negotiation strategies. After completing this course, the students will have sufficient understanding of management consulting knowledge, and possess the effective communication and negotiation skills.
