| This is an advanced course to innovation and entrepreneurial management concepts. The objective is to help students become familiar with innovation and entrepreneurial management through innovation and entrepreneurial management theories and cases. The contents of this course consist of six parts: 1) Technological Innovation Models, 2) Strategic Issues Related to Innovations, 3) Technical Entrepreneurship, 4) Innovation Systems, 5) Globalization and Innovation, and 6) Organizational Issues. The entrepreneurial management include: 1. Environmental analysis. 2. The key factor to successfully start an enterprise. 3. SWOT analysis. 4. Financial forecast and financial management. 5. Marketing management. 6. Informational management. 7. Manufacturing management and new product design. 8. Human resources and organization management. 9. Start-an-enterprise operating program. 10. The try-balance-sheet of starting an enterprise. 11. Case study of a famous successful joined-ventured company.
