Description The purpose of this course is to examine the specific issues involved in entering overseas markets and in conducting export marketing operations on an international basis. More specifically, this course will deal with three major components of a global manager's function: namely global market environment, foreign market entry, and foreign market expansion. This course will concentrate more on strategic issues relating to international marketing operations than technical aspects of exporting, for example. Meanwhile, cases will also be provided as part of teaching material to bridge theoretical framework with reality.
