| The fast changing society today has created a profound crisis to the jobs of an individual and to the survival of a business. The awareness of freedom and the concept of human rights have also created the conflicts between individuals and the organization (business or government). However, if managed properly, one can turn crisis into opportunity. The resolution of conflict can improve the mutual understanding. This course will introduce the students to recognize the background of crisis and conflict, analyze their key problems, teaches students the techniques and knowledge to manage crisis and to resolve conflict. These techniques will be illustrated with real world cases.
