| The course aims to:(1)understand the definition, essence, and function of human resources,(2)cultivate the fundamental capability of human resources. Topics include the definition and essence of human resources, demand evaluation of human resource, planning of human resource, learning theories, training methods; curriculum design and compilation, evaluation of training development, and cross-cultural human resource development. The course is conducted through lectures, discussions, field trip activities, and colloquia.
