Description This curriculum introduces the inner personnel's difference in demand, motive, attitude in joint venture organization under different cultural background and the possible cultural conflict produced in the management. Based on this, new cross-cultural management theory is introduced, the integrative theory of new co-management cultural model is proposed, and the effective cross-cultural organization and the content and the frame of the leadership is offered. At the same time the case analysis of the cross-cultural organization is offered.
