| The course aims to:(1)understand the definition, essence, and function of development of human resources,(2)cultivate the fundamental capability of developing human resources. It covers the definition and essence of development of human resources, demand evaluation of human resource development, planning of human resource, learning theories, training method; curriculum designing and compilation, evaluation of training development, and cross-cultural human resource development. The course is conducted through lectures, discussions, field trip activities, and colloquia.
