| Managerial Decision-Making includes the following topics: Decision Making under Certainty; Decision Making under Uncertainty. This course provides the basis for the comprehensive study of procedures for making good decisions. A prior course in Probability, Statistics and Quantitative Analysis Methods are useful. This course presents a step-by-step procedure for decision making known as the rational model and describes how to perform each step, in detail, and illustrate their application in a variety of situations.
