| This course take the students into an in-depth investigation of "Critical Path Method" and "Project Evaluation and Rating Technique", their application on the time/cost estimation in a project, the scheduling, budgeting. Areas that warrant future research in this direction will also be discussed. Topics covered by this course are: (1) Project feasibility study and selection criteria, (2) Project scheduling, (3) Budgeting and cost control, (4) Constrained resource scheduling, (5) Special resource leveling, (6) Time-cost tradeoffs during project crashing, and (7) Probability distribution of project activity time.
