| This course discusses about how to use quantitative decision approaches to measure performances of enterprises, governments and schools etc. The contents include design of deterministic and heuristic global optimization algorithms, design of probabilistic reasoning systems, measuring Habitual Domain (HD) by a HD-Ball, decision making by preference ball, data envelopment analysis (DEA), analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and analyzing world class businesses and evaluating the national competitiveness by utilizing a preference ball & DEA.
