| Description
| This aim of the course of "Railway Vehicle Design and Analysis" is to cultivate personnel on railway vehicle field. At the beginning of this course, the design requirement and criteria will be given as basic knowledge. Then students will be ask to perform structural design and analysis for railway vehicles. Passenger comfortable index and vehicle dynamic response will be taken into consideration during the process of design and analysis. Finally, the compatibility of the new design with the existing railway system will be discussed.
