| This course introduces the application of statistical analysis methods in construction management, aiming to cultivate students’ data-driven thinking and enhance their project decision-making and management effectiveness. The course covers survey design and reliability/validity analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA), multiple regression analysis, factor analysis, and the seven quality control tools. Statistical software will be used for data processing and analysis. Through case studies and practical exercises, students will develop the ability to identify and solve problems in construction management, thereby strengthening their professional competence in project planning, execution, and control.
