There are some main developments of field, First is objectives from personal space to public open space, second is the correlation between man and environment is replaced destroying the nature by respecting the nature. The technique of the job is more professional, need different group to engage in Environmental planning and design needs many different techniques to engage in and to dissolve problem with together. The stages of the course proceedings include three parts: First to introduce the development concept and history of the field, second to introduce some real case studies about the prior course.
