Description It's not a name of facility simply, for a school. Schools are the integral environment where contain the users of teachers and children, education system, and reflecting social and cultural background. The contents of this course that firstly; explain the basic concepts and the transition in recently of Architectural Planning. Secondly, interpret the historical meaning and the transition of radical educational wordings in schools, such as "education", "class", "curriculum", "classroom" etc, in order to understand the processes of development in schooling. Besides, discuss the issues of educational reforms that focus on the open-education and open-school. Lastly, review different approaches to the researches of schools. For the practical planning and design for schools; meanwhile as the conclusion of this course, discussing the theory of school environment base on the point at issue that school is the learning and living places.
