Description
| This course, working in collaboration with architectural design class, aims to train students in practical skills, allowing them to think about structural integrity and composition at the same time be able to physically operate woodworking tools and machines, and also have the opportunity to transform an architectural space and complete a one-to-one scale spatial construction. Aside from learning the practical method of spatial construction. Through a this process of encountering and solving problems, students will also obtain a better understanding about composition, material, and construction that were introduced in other classes.
Course operation method:
(1) Faculty Member Planning: Faculty members and appointed mentors will be responsible for the selection of site, material processing, construction, design, and judging of the final presentation.
