The function of this class is mainly to explain the general concept of production management in modern textile factory; the class gives the concept and method of production planning, production sheduling,scheduling,production control of textile factory, contorl of processing efficiency ,materials control,inventory control,time study of I.E,operations research,efficiency management,objectives management and quality control .By a series of through introduction pupils will understand more production management for textile factory.
