| The long staple spinning lab. is an experimental course in long staple spinning process to prove the theoretical knowledge of wool and hair yarns manufacturing process. In the case of first processing for wool materials that include manufacturing process of wool top and carbonized wool. It also has second processing which includes worsted spinning process, woolen spinning process, quality control and trouble shooting method. Advanced wool processing systems that include the latest spinning technology and chemical processing technology, product properties are covered in this course. Lab work will be complemented with lectures by using slide, video and other teaching mediums, and some guided visits to wool factories to confirm theoretical studies will also be arranged.
