| Description
| There are four distinct objectives in this course. They are :(1) to introduce a new management paradigm；(2) to effectively combine the basic concepts of management and organizational behavior into a single volume, including the management functional and departmental descriptions；(3) to discuss business management applications in practice and (4) to effectively implement the management basic ideas. The planning, organization, decision, leadership and monitoring among variety culture will be covered and discussed in the class as well.
