| Electronic Commerce-a new way of business transactions-will sure bring about an unprecedented revolution, which will in turn lead to a powerful impact in the traditional human communities. With this, the legal regulations concerning a variety of business transactions have to be accordingly adjusted. This course has included in the syllabus some important legal issues as well as legislative policies and principles adopted by most parts of the world. It is our hope that the students develop a sound and solid picture of the legal concepts required by electronic commerce.
