This course combines the happiness theory of ancient Greek philosophy with the happiness theory of contemporary psychology, leading students to think about "happiness" and learn how to be "happier". This course combines the happiness theory of philosophy and that of positive psychology. Not only including Plato, Aristotle, Epicureanism, but also the contemporary psychologist Tal Ben-Shahar.
