2.本所博士班分資源工程、生物科技等二組，分別在資源工程研究所、生化與生醫工程究所修課，各組選修科目內容請洽各研究所。
3.必修18學分：含科技英文寫作2學分，博士論文12學分，專題討論4學分(每學期1學分，分4學期於所屬研究所內修習)。
4.選修21學分：得經指導教授同意後選修本校(或他校)其它系所課程，惟應於其他所屬分組至少選修9學分。
5.每學期可修習3學分或6學分博士論文。
6.本課程科目表適用於101學年度入學新生。
