| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 早期的原住民社會，歌謠與生活息息相關，反映出部落生活文化的風貌。爾後漢人文化隨著大量移民進入台灣，也帶入漢族的民間的戲曲歌謠，從其間也可看到歲時祭儀、生命禮俗及道德文化等的變遷。近代以來西洋文化、日本文化的進入台灣，乃至晚近台灣納入全球化的世界體系，歌謠隨著大眾文化的流行，成為人們重要的休閒娛樂，也記錄不同世代的情感與價值觀，反應了社會變遷的軌跡。本課程主要以台灣的歌謠為文本，透過歌謠內容的爬梳整理，以歌謠為史料建構大眾的生活圖像，生動地呈現出台灣社會文化的變遷。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | In the early period of time, folksongs played an important role in the aboriginal society. After 16th century Han immigrants brought their culture from mainland China, folksongs performed the functions of instruction, religion and entertainment. In colonial period, modern pop-songs and music became popular. In different period of Taiwanese history, large number of folksongs and pop-songs serve the gateway to understand the common people. Though today's pop-songs are the products of entertainment business, they still reflect common people's emotions and values as well as label the mark of social change. Taiwanese songs are important texts in this course. Through the analysis of the song lyrics, the students are expected to draw a vivid picture of the social change in the past. | |||
