| 英文概述 English Description | This course is the next course of the U.S. Patent Law Seminar (I). The content will focus on the recent issues on patents, as well as the scholars’ opinions on the issues. Students are expected to have the ability of analyzing of patent cases, as well as the reading of academic papers in law. | |||
