| 英文概述 English Description | This course will be based on the "Patent Examination Guidelines" issued by the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office, and introduces the special procedure for patent division application and patent conversion application according to the principle of "formality before substantive examination". Then, in the "substantive examination" section, topics such as the first-to-file rule, unity of invention, the priority of a patent application, amendments of description, claims and drawings, division of a patent and conversion of a patent will be sequentially discussed. | |||
