| 英文概述 English Description | The scope of the cultural industry covered by this course includes the music industry, film industry, television industry, theatre industry, and other industries related to performing arts. Intellectual property issues do exist in these industrial sectors. The issues include ownership, title transfer, fair use, infringement, contract dispute, and so on. This course is intended to expose students to various IP issues in the cultural industry through studying court decisions and discussing industrial case studies. Students are required to participate in discussion. The grading policy is based on class participation and essay paper. | |||
