| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 網際網路牽涉許多的法律爭議與問題，主要原因在於網際網路環境與一般傳統日常活動不同；而且網路的技術發展迅速，網路上新興的活動呈現多樣與多變之性質，亦使傳統法律無法應付層出不窮的網路行為。本課程除將探討一般網路法律之規定外，並將引領學生針對現今爭議的問題，應適用何種法律或應新增訂、或修訂法律，作深入探討。期使學生於本課程中，除了解到一般網路法律外，對於新的網路議題，應能夠作相關的分析與探討。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | In the information age many legal issues related to the Internet result from the differences between the Internet and conventional activities. Compared with the conventional activities, the nature of activities on the Internet is changing more rapidly and more diversely. In this course I would like to introduce some important issues of cyberlaw and some current issues as well. Students will learn some relevant regulations of cyberlaw and have the abilities to analyze the new legal issues on the Internet in the end. | |||
