| 英文概述 English Description | This course majors in the purpose, evolution, and development trend of legislation on the Fair Trade Act and the Trade Secret Act, with an attempt to differentiate between the two Acts in respect of objects, approaches, and choice of law that the Acts apply to. In this course, analyses are also made, in depth, on the essence of the Fair Trade Act and the Trade Secret Act, together with discussion, respectively, on implementation of Intellectual Property Rights involved in the Fair Trade Act and the Trade Secret Act. | |||
