| 英文概述 English Description | Conducted on the basis of “Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights, TRIPS,” the course will probe into the issue of exemption of punishment among the Patent Act of Taiwan from different viewpoints of Trademark Act, Copyright Act, and Trade Secret Act. To clarify and mediate the criminal and civil liabilities originated from the violation of intellectual property right, the proper method to protect intellectual property with criminal punishment will be further discussed. | |||
