| 英文概述 English Description | This is an advanced course in organizational innovation management. The objective is to help students become familiar with organizational change and innovation management through organizational change theories and cases. This course focuses on the process of implementing innovation as the key facet and fundamental challenge in managing organizational change. Its purpose is twofold: (1) To gain an understanding of how organizational change and innovation is achieved and (2) To gain an understanding of the complex skills that allow managers to inspire, initiate, and implement that accomplish change and innovation effectively in organizational settings. | |||
