| 英文概述 English Description | This is an advanced course involving topics in Internet/Web, Web Services, Semantic Web and Web Mining. Students will gain an understanding of the trends, current status, applications and research challenges of these exciting areas. In this class, we will examine these topic areas by reading and discussing both existing web specifications and cutting-edge research papers. Each area will be organized with an introductory overview, then dive down into the technologies, applications and research challenges.
