| 英文概述 English Description | “Civil Procedure Law(2)” is the second part of this course, focusing on the details of the Civil Procedure Law, especially the following three points: 1. Further elucidation of the Civil Procedure Law. 2. Application of the Civil Procedure Law to the facts. 3. Combination of the Civil Law and the Civil Procedure Law. At the end of the part, participants are supposed to be able to deal with common civil legal problems according to the Civil Procedure Law. | |||
