Chinese Description 		導引學生了解現今社會不同的科技公司所可能面對的智慧財產權訴訟相關議題，以此提高各公司對於智慧財產權之保護與運用，進而讓各科技公司在這全球化競爭的市場下，能夠更了解自己的優勢與權益。本課程將由不同的智慧財產權法律基礎開始介紹，內容包括權利取得要件與申請過程程序。透過了解基礎概念後，將此知識應用到訴訟實務上，包括各類智慧財產權法的訴訟程序問題與訴訟技巧。
英文概述
English Description 		To educate students about intellectual property rights litigation issues that may be faced by different technology companies in today's society in order to improve the protection and use of intellectual property rights by companies, thereby enabling technology companies to compete in a globalized marketplace. Understand their own advantages and interests. This course will start with a different legal basis for intellectual property rights, including elements of rights acquisition and application process procedures. By understanding the basic concepts, this knowledge will be applied to litigation practice, including various types of intellectual property law litigation procedures and litigation skills.
