中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程的目的是研究如何利用繞射現象設計光學元件來實現各種光學功能。繞射光學元件可以應用在改良光學系統的像差,為特定的波長實現聚光、分光等功能以取代傳統的光學透鏡、分光鏡等,此外利用傅光原理製作出傳統的光學元件無法實現的功能,在近代的光學系統、尤其是微光學系統佔有極重要的地位。主要課程內容為:光學繞射原理、傅氏光學概論和繞射光學應用、繞射光學元件之設計方法、繞射光學元件之製作、繞射光學應用。 | |||
英文概述 English Description | This course is designed to introduce the principle of diffraction of optical wave and study the means of using the diffraction to perform specified functionalities in modern optical systems. Diffractive optical element (DOE) can be applied to correct aberrations, light focusing, light splitting, and other novel functions that traditional optical components difficultly or impossibly perform. DOE plays an important role in modern optical technology. The content of this course includes: Principle of optical diffraction, Fourier optics, design methods of DOE, applications of DOEs, and implementation of DOEs. |
