| 英文概述 English Description | Due to the competitive market trend, the manufacturing system must have the flexibility to cope with the environment. In this course, flexible manufacturing system (FMS) concept will be addressed. Firstly, the constituted elements of FMS, machining center, material handling system, washing machine and measuring machine, will be introduced. Design and control of FMS are also included. Finally, some real cases will be introduced to discuss the benefit and problem for implementing an FMS. | |||
