| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 氣候變遷儼然已為全球邁入21世紀所面對最嚴峻國際環保課題，為確保環境、經濟、社會之永續發展，國際紛紛採取相關因應措施，低碳化已成為全球之共同趨勢。本課程將介紹節能減碳與低碳社會之國際趨勢、國際溫室氣體減量與能源安全相關法規、我國溫室氣體減量與節能相關法規等，並介紹碳足跡、碳中和等概念，由國際相關案例看我國邁向低碳社會挑戰與機會。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | Climate change has become the most serious global environmental protection issue into the 21st century. To ensure the sustainable development of environment, economy and society, the international community is adopting various response measures. Low-carbonization has become a common global trend. This course will introduce the international trends of "energy saving & carbon reduction" and "low-carbon society". It will also introduce related regulations on greenhouse gases (GHG) reduction, energy security worldwide, as well as Taiwan's GHG reduction and energy saving regulations. The concepts of carbon footprints and carbon neutral will be introduced, using international case studies to offer challenges and opportunities for moving toward a low-carbon society in Taiwan. | |||
