| 英文概述 English Description | There is a significant trade-off between economic growth and environmental quality. From this course, students will learn fundamental concepts in Environmental Economics and how to analyze environmental policy issues by using economic tools. In additions, this course combines economic analysis to law, especially shows students how regulations affect people's behavior. After this class, students not only know how economic approaches help the government deal with environmental issues and the differences between theory and practices. | |||
