Overview of Project Management- software project life cycle, object-oriented software development; Project management concepts- task, activity, work package, work breakdown structure, organization structure, software project management plan; Project management activities- planning, organizing, controlling, terminating; Concepts of configuration management- configuration items, configuration and version, change request, release, branch, change management; Introduction to project management and configuration management tools.
