| 中文概述 Chinese Description | 本課程主要以e-Learning遠距教學方式，並結合北科大『台灣文化精品設計教學資中心』之夥伴學校，進行多點同步 (Synchronous) 與非同步 (Asynchronous)教學。課程內容主要包括基本的智慧財產權課題：專利權，商標權，以及著作權；而為配合本校設計系所學生學科背景，本課程將著重於『專利』方面的實務知識，並且講授『如何激發創意，以培養學生日後在設計領域中，重視應用『智慧財產權』的保護。二十一世紀的『腦力經濟』最重要的戲規則就是『智慧財產權』，同時也是WTO會員國必須遵守的重要規範之一。 | |||
| 英文概述 English Description | Through the approach of remote teaching in terms of e-learning, this course engages in multiple-point synchronous and asynchronous teaching in conjunction with partner schools. Main course contents include basic intellectual property right issues: patent right, trademark right and copyright. Taking into account the academic background of design department , this course focuses on practical knowledge pertinent to patents. It addresses the issue of how to stimulate students' creativity and help them realize the importance of intellectual property right. The most important rule of the economy of the 21st century is intellectual property right. It is also the golden rule that all WTO members have to abide by. | |||
