People have always traveled for reasons of business, education & pleasure. Hospitality industry has become more important in our life, especially in the future leisure time. There are three primary course objectives: (1) to provide a source of information & knowledge about hospitality operation & management in Service industry. (2) to provide basic knowledge for those who are entering the society, will eat healthy & drink happily in the future. (3) to provide an introduction for those who are considering careers in hospitality industry.
